This spring, the study conducted by a job portal for the next generation of employees, zyntern.com, involved 3,000 young adults. The survey focused on workplace preferences of future professionals and asked them to name five companies they would like to join the most. The answers were classified, according to the participants’ professional and educational background.

Recently published results found that in science, Egis is one of the most appealing firms for young adults in Hungary, implying that the company is one of the most popular workplaces for science graduates and early-stage professionals. Besides, Egis is ranked seventh in the field of engineering, being preferred to many multinational companies.

Previous research, also done by the job portal zyntern.com, focused on work preferences of the young generation. The results suggest that engaging professional tasks, supporting management, and career prospects are the most valued features this age group seeks.
